Lead and manage the company office in Gaza Strip and oversee all daily operations.

Oversee the implementation of humanitarian and development projects and ensure achieving objectives within specified time and budget.

Lead work teams, develop institutional performance, and enhance quality and excellence culture.

Prepare and implement operational plans and follow up on performance indicators.

Oversee HR, logistics, and administrative resources of the office.
check_circle
Represent the company before government entities, local and international institutions, partners, and donors.
check_circle
Manage risks, address operational challenges, and ensure business continuity.

Prepare periodic reports and submit them to executive management including achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Contribute to developing services, building partnerships, and attracting cooperation and project opportunities.

What You Will Do

Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Master's degree or professional certifications in management or project management preferred.
check_circle
Minimum 7 years of experience in management or project management.
check_circle
Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
check_circle
Proven experience in managing humanitarian or development projects.

Experience dealing with donors, local and international organizations preferred.
