About the Project

The "Rodent and Insect Control and Extermination" project represents an extension of the humanitarian partnership between the INH Foundation in Indonesia and Phoenix Logistics Services Company, as part of a series of rapid-response projects that translate INH's donations into tangible field interventions protecting the health of the most vulnerable families.

The Gaza Strip is witnessing an unprecedented surge in the spread of rodents and insects inside displacement camps, amid the continued presence of roughly 1.7 million displaced people out of a total population of 2.2 million living in overcrowded camps. This reality calls for an urgent intervention through two complementary tracks: distributing integrated control packages to families, and conducting a general field spraying and disinfection campaign using specialized vehicles and equipment in the Deir al-Balah camps around Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
